How can we support our kids to navigate the “digital wilderness”? We’ll look at some reasons behind this difficult-to-navigate journey for parents and how we support media balance and well-being. The virtual session will incorporate strategies to help extend our schools’ efforts and build a culture of healthy, mindful tech use at home.

In this session, participants will examine the individual and institutional challenges for meaningful participation among our multilingual families in school parent groups and strategies to overcome overcome them. Refreshments and child care provided.
