To explore these issues Portland Public Schools’ Parent University is excited to screen the documentary Angst: Raising Awareness Around Anxiety. Following the documentary, a panel of school and community experts will lead an interactive discussion on this critical and timely topic to help parents develop effective tools for dealing with stress, worry, and anxiety.
